Recommendedwe take our 2 dogs and cat there and could not be more pleased. they show great compassion not only to our pets but to us. when we lost our sweet Bailey cat they were fantastic and showed true sorrow for our loss and sent the most butiful and sweet card . Their prices are extremely fair not mention the doctors and their staff. I highly recommend them.
Love all of the staff! They’ve helped us so much with one of our dogs that has gastrointestinal issues. After seeing several different vets, they were the ones that finally did something and figured out the problem and *knock on wood*, Chloe hasn’t had any problems since! And, Chloe is a very difficult dog for them but they’re always nothing but patient and nice to her, giving her treats and peanut butter to try to make her experience not so bad.
MONSTERS! My parents took their beloved pet (Misty) here. When my father called to check up on her, he heard Misty HOWLING IN PAIN. He's had NIGHTMARES because of this. And worse, when they were saying their goodbyes to Misty after making the painful decision to put her to sleep, these monsters decided, in those final private moments, TO GO INTO THE ROOM TO SETTLE THE VET BILL AND TAKE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! Completely unprofessional! Unethical! MONSTERS!!
We have been taking our dogs here for several years and I could not imagine taking them anywhere else. Not sure if every animal care clinic does this, but we picked our pup up after she had been spayed and after we got her home we noticed that her nails were clipped as well. I personally think this is above and beyond. It’s nice. Pup is recovering well for an overall outstanding experience as always! Thank you all!
Everything. They are very thorough and treat the pets "moms and dads" with as much gentle care as they do the pets.
Dr. Gentry and her staff care so much about each animal that comes to them. They explain everything to you so you can understand what’s going on. You can not find a better group to take care of your animals.
Just took our spastic cat there today for the first time. Very courteous staff and fair priced. The vet and assistant handled our little spaz cadet with care and patience (the cat was all about catching them with "deez claws"). Highly recommend for any fur baby.
