TL;DR: DO NOT HIRE Gallagher and Son Inspection - find someone else. Jim's inspection itself seemed fine, he was a nice guy, took the time to teach us a couple of things about the house (basic things). He kept referring to my wife as my "bride" which was very strange, but that's just a random observation. The inspection was done in the middle of winter with a lot of snow on the roof, so we agreed that he would come back in a few weeks once the snow was gone, to inspect the roof.
