To whom it may concern: This is an official response appealing the decision to deny my claim for ANY liability regarding my slip and fall that took place at AMC 1911 Kentucky Ave, Vestavia Hills, Alabama 35216, on July 6, 2024. The company is liable as it was previously reported by another patron on July 6, 2024, and the week prior that that the metal portion was in fact slippery and nothing was done about it.
