Eric partnered with Kevin Day Home Improvements to build me an attached two bay garage with room above for future apartment and mud room. They were handed nothing more than rough layman sketches and a photo of a similar setup. They had to figure out the heights, transitions, stairs, and blend to the existing house. Communication was very poor. Contact was good up until quote submitted, but once it was time to schedule work Eric would not return texts, emails or phone calls and would not provide a rough estimate as to when he could start . Finally gave up and found another contractor after the last "I can start in two weeks but I'll call you in a week to confirm" with no call after another week. I was not in a rush but still wasted a lot of time trying to work with this contractor.
