Tried to contact he and his company about property he was auctioning for the US Marshalls Service. Never returned my calls or e-mails. Since, Ive found another who had the same experience. Now, Ive learned that he bought the same property he was supposed to be selling for the Feds. Maybe Im old-school yet isnt that a big conflict of interest? Maybe its even illegal. I dont know. Mr. Gallagher did not know the condition of his property. He was hard to reach and did not return calls promptly. I also felt rushed into signing an application, which included a large application fee. Luckily, I did not, and ended up renting from someone else.
