Great experience with this dealership. They responded back via e-mail very quickly and the visit was great. I didn't end up buying any of the used models I looked at, but they were very helpful and easy to deal with.

Bought the car. Told the sales guy when we would be there. We drove 1.5 hours to get there. They kept my wife and I standing around for 2 hours before we were able to sign papers for the car. Not sure why it took so long, since they knew we were coming. The dealership was very nice and everyone was very accomidating except for the wait.
The people that work where friendly. When first test drive I could feel there were issue`s. They did fix it but when I drove same issue. I was sent a invoice of what it cost to fix and that was awesome. A invoice did not solve the problem. I came back twice to test drive. It gets relisted now at a higher price. I could be wrong because I deleted the information. I do believe it was listed at 4,750.00. I wish someone just drove it and said why is it still doing it. Awesome! Process was smooth! I ended up purchasing the vehicle after the test drive and all my questions were answered with no hesitations. I was able to pick the vehicle up quickly as well.

To be honest, I had a great experience working with the dealer to find and buy a Buick Cascada. My bad experience happened at the end while sitting with the finance person. We had already predetermined how much I was going to put down on the car so I came with cash but not the EXACT dollar amount. I was $5 dollars too high so he marked it down on the contract and said the billing people were gone for the day and that he would mail me the $5 difference.
