Got an email that my claim was denied… emailed 6 times asking why, and heard nothing back. Called 3 different people, left them multiple voice mails asking for an explanation… still nothing. Contacted the call center they said they couldn’t answer my questions but would have someone call me within 24-48 hours 3 weeks went by nothing. Now it’s payday and I didn’t get paid! Called again, nothing again. Got an email today that simply said per my email claim is denied but you are cleared to go to work. No shit, I’ve been at work... read more
If I could rate them a zero I would. Worst company ever. They never answer calls or emails then get mad when u email one of the co workers. Case being going on since August it’s October. Very unprofessional and rude.
Horrible experience - super slow claim processing and they treat you like you are the problem when they are the real issue.
I have never had my calls answered or received a call back, I have to call the front desk and hope they put me on hold to eventually talk to an adjuster which only sometimes works, they didn't send me a few thousand they owed me and I've been calling every day trying to get ahold of someone and I still can't, they have always been late to approve my medical needs
It's been over a month no communication and now the number is no longer in service.
