Was great to work with them through work for my workman’s comp injury. After having my initial talk with them on the phone when the case was open from getting my surgery to going through therapy and going back to work everything was super quick and easy I had zero hassle with them at all and were always quick to respond with any questions or help I needed. Made my experience very pleasant. The app is very helpful useful as well.
Absolutely horrific company to work with in my experience. Nearly impossible to get ahold of the people you need to get ahold of. Several follow up emails, phone calls to multiple numbers, never any response. The only way I ever got through to the case manager was to call, hang up, call again, hang up, call again, etc. Then they have the nerve to act like they don't know what I'm talking about when I've messaged and called for weeks on end. I didn't get an IME and I was denied my work comp. 3 years later and I find this out and that the adjuster that did my case was fired. I got this information from the manager that seemed very mad that I found out this information from them. WORST "People" on planet EARTH! They will soon hear from me.
