Menards uses this company for claims and I really don't know why. Claim rep was difficult to get a hold of and when I finally did speak to him, he basically denied my claim without a valid reason and kept repeating himself. Had an incident in a menards parking lot. On video from the store. They said it would be resolved in a couple weeks. It's been two months. I've submitted at the paperwork. No one will talk to me on the phone. No supervisor will call back, at all. They say they have to with in 48 hours. They do not. Nothing from them. It's almost to the point of a scam. So far a very bad experience. My adjuster Julia will go a week with no contact. Supervisor does not return calls and does not follow up with complaints. Adjustor does not follow through with scheduled phone calls. acts like I am the bad one in the situation. Not my fault Menards has employees that run forklifts into customer vehicles.
I am working with Loni Fangmeier and it’s has been over a month since my appraisal was done on my vehicle. She hasn’t returned my calls nor have I heard anything regarding what is going on with my vehicle. My case is very open and shut and I should not be getting pushed aside like this. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Lani Fangmeier is my adjuster. I filed a claim because their client hit my parked car. They refused to give me a rental and she hasn’t contacted me in over a month. I am honestly at the point of getting a lawyer involved. Horrible service, horrible response time, can’t believe this is legal for them to ignore people over and over.
