We purchased a vehicle for our teen that had clearly been heavily smoked in. After a thorough cleaning it still smelled pretty bad. We took it in to Gallagher's for smoke treatment. At first pick up it was measurably better. Over time a bit of constant smoke smell returned and they generously treated the vehicle again. I think it did the trick this time but considering where we started it definitely was worth it no matter what.
It’s is now 5:00 pm - I dropped my car off at 1 pm for an interior service and wash. I paid for a full package, but when I picked it up, it was obvious the job hadn’t been done properly. Seats were not wiped down and still had dust. Spots all over the panels inside. Pedals not cleaned. No vacuuming under the seats. Door jambs, trunk, and other surfaces clearly untouched. I’ve taken my cars here for detailing for many years and also gotten ceramic coatings done here. Excellent service and top notch quality!
