I called and left a message for a call back to schedule a walk through for a quote for some yard restoration work. After waiting over 24 hours with zero response, I decided to call back today to cancel my request. Worst excavation company. Gall breached contract. Contracted to build a pad approximately 15 X 25. Gall exceeded contractual dimensions by building a pad approximately 30 X 40. They damaged property (tree) by girdling the trunk and lacked integrity to notify of damage. When notified of contractual breach, Gall continued to promise in writing they would correct the breach.
