Worst excavation company. Gall breached contract. Contracted to build a pad approximately 15 X 25. Gall exceeded contractual dimensions by building a pad approximately 30 X 40. They damaged property (tree) by girdling the trunk and lacked integrity to notify of damage. When notified of contractual breach, Gall continued to promise in writing they would correct the breach.
