Geandaughter had an appointment today I thought it was at 2:30. We arrived around 2:20 and she had to go pee. When we came out of the restroom I asked her had she signed in, she said no. The receptionist said you better sign in in a smart way your appointment was at 2:15 because if your 10 minutes late you want be seen so at 2:26 I went to sign in and Dr refused to see Chloe.
