Went to turn in paperwork for the medical and mental health side last Friday. The kind lady at the desk informed me that only Dental is available here now. That I could go to Marion or Mt. Gilead if I would like too. It's a bit sad that they closed because I was hoping to get some medical help for my boyfriend. Maybe we can find someone else nearby.
Dr Sami is a great dentist excellent bedside manner. Took the time to do my top teeth right instead of pulling them all. When i got my partials he sat with me about 45 mins to make sure they fit Thanks .
3 visits in last month. Before 1st visit needed to drive 45 minutes to hand in pre register paperwork before they would set appt. They said they accepted fax but the number is turned off. 1st visit get there on time don't go in for 45min. 2nd visit to do a cleaning , drive 45 minutes and they say you are rescheduled cause no dentist is here. we never had any missed calls.
