3 visits in last month. Before 1st visit needed to drive 45 minutes to hand in pre register paperwork before they would set appt. They said they accepted fax but the number is turned off. 1st visit get there on time don't go in for 45min. 2nd visit to do a cleaning , drive 45 minutes and they say you are rescheduled cause no dentist is here. we never had any missed calls. I use the dental services here and highly recommend Dr Sammy. He has a great bedside manner and is personable, gentle and caring.
I have recently switched physicians because she did not take the time that I needed and it’s so hard to get a hold of them! They got rid of all the previous employees and replaced them and Brittany was great and I loved Kelly! So now I’m searching for a dentist which I had three appointments and they called and canceled and the third appointment I was on my way there and they called which I did not answer because I was driving!
