Today’s meal was amazing! We had the beef tartare on a previous visit and it was great, so we decided to try the chicken liver pate and it was so delicious I wanted a second. I got the half roasted chicken. It was placed over green beans. The chicken was moist, succulent and seasoned perfectly.
