I first visited Dr. Karpenko for a consult on getting an IUD inserted. She was friendly but to-the-point and knowledgeable. Additionally, she inquired and spoke with me about my family's breast cancer history and genetic testing for BRCA. In each conversation, Dr. Karpenko was professional as well as personable. She is incredibly talented, skilled, courteous, available and her office was really good in the follow-up. This doctor is the best in the city when it comes to fertility issues. Not an industrial way of behaviour but an extremely courteous and case by case approach!
Very professional and friendly doctor. Always available to answer any questions and when you are waiting for any results she will be the one calling to give you results. I’m very happy with this doctor. Excellent doctor!
I am so happy Dr. Karpenko was recommended to me. I've gone to other endocrinologists so I can say she is by far the most caring, considerate, thoughtful, and warm doctor I've seen. She takes the time to get to know her patients, she's not pushy at all, she has a great bedside manner, and always promptly gets back to you. Her staff is great too. I highly recommend her.
Dr Karpenko is a miracle worker in the truest sense of the word. Having struggled with infertility for over 3 years, I ended up at Dr Karpenko's office last year. And am I glad, I did, my husband and I are expecting our first child all thanks to Dr Karpenko's compassionate and innovative approach towards our case . I am so glad I found Dr. Karpenko. She has been so wonderful to me. She really cares about her patients, does not rush you out, and if you have questions, takes time to sit down with you and answer them. Her staff is very friendly and professional as well. Dr. Karpenko is amazing. I have been going to her for at least 6 years and was forced to switch because I needed an OB for my pregnancy. Dr. Karpenko has great bedside manners and truly cares for her patients. I would switch back in a heartbeat if she starts to deliver babies!
I have been seeing Dr Karpenko as my gyn doctor, then went with fertility treatment and now I am back again to being her GYN patient. She has been absolutely amazing through everything ! I can't recommend her and her team enough!
