Not a urgent care facility anymore apparently, please change the name because it was very misleading to me when I can in for urgent care and was turned away. Its just for getting MRI screens and basic check up care.
This was listed as the nearest urgent care within my network. In hope to be seen I was informed that they don't take new patients unless it's the primary doctor. Plus they have NOT been an urgent care for 2yrs. Maybe they need to update there website to avoid the commute. For future I would not choose this place. The receptionist to the "urgent care" was rude & uncompassionate.
For starters it's NOT an urgent care! I needed an x-ray on my hand. So I called and their number is disconnected and not updated. I decided to head to it since it was closest one to my work. Went in they said they could get it done there. I said ok and went with it they offered a yearly checkup on health overall so I said ok cool I don't mind.
