This has been the 4th primary care doctor I’ve had in Jacksonville and by far the best. I love all of the front staff working here, the nurses are very personable, and Dr. Galiano truly listens to your concerns and gets things done! He doesn’t drag anything out. Orders all the tests needed and comes up with a plan quickly to get you to your healthiest self!
Dr Tucker is awesome but the staff at the office is not so great. The receptionists are cold and have more important things to do than give a smile. I have waited on many occasions for an hour to be seen. In the past they would draw blood but have since contracted it out to Quest, which is probably good because the staff have forgotten to show up at 8am for the blood draw appointments. If Dr Tucker ever opened his own office I would be his first patient but for now I'm looking for another Dr.
