I don’t like non professional places and miscommunication. Every time I come to this office it’s always an issue with misunderstanding or the losing of my paperwork and nobody knows what to do or say . No one listens and actually cares when they are dealing with patients . If it wasn’t because the hassle of going through Humana Medicaid and the fact I actually like my doctor I swear I would change. This physician is the most argumentative doctor I have ever met. I requested a different provider, but unlucky me! I changed to another facility.

Staff is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not place your medical care in their hands. I work in the medical care and they refused to complete a referral for my colonoscopy because the staff are lazy and rude. I called my insurance to submit a complaint. This office should be shut down. I do not understand how they’re still open for business. Horrible. Horrible horrible. Rude, no bed side manner, no dependable care. DO NOT TRUST THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE WITH YOUR CARE.
