Unprofessional staff, Bad customer service. I called for an appointment over 2 weeks ago for a big job I needed done ASAP on my house but with what I thought was a good referral I was being patient and willing to wait. They said I would be scheduled for an appointment 2 weeks after I called the first time. I didn't hear from them in over 2 weeks so when I called to follow up they said I would have to wait another 2 weeks for scheduling. BAD BUISNESS if you ask me.

The tall guy who does the mixing the mortar is very nice and knowledgeable can tell he's been doing it for a long time
I’ve used Galewood for a years on my home and place of employment. Have continued to refer them to others because they do great work. Tasha is always so helpful and responsive when I call. Just recently we had an emergency at the office and they came through so fast to assess the situation. Marco was great and explained everything. Within a few hrs I had an estimate and was scheduled for repair!! Highly recommend them for their great work and response to service calls. Thank you guys for being so awesome!
