Been there many times- have saved my butt several times with their great supply of electrical parts! Honestly haven't been in a while but hoping they are the same great place!
I placed a smoke detector order. A few days later they sent me a message that they are out of order. “ Good morning. I am reaching out regarding the online order you placed. We are currently out of stock on this item. I can keep this order open until these arrive, or I can cancel the order if you would like to look elsewhere. I ordered a box of epoxy based electrical connectors over the internet. These connectors have a two year shelf life. I received the connectors at the end of June, 2023. The date code on the connectors was March, 2022. Contacted the company to request new connectors. No response!
