I ordered a box of epoxy based electrical connectors over the internet. These connectors have a two year shelf life. I received the connectors at the end of June, 2023. The date code on the connectors was March, 2022. Contacted the company to request new connectors. No response!
Was in the fun store and had excellent service renewing my food card.
I called and ordered a very specific part for a job that was needed, I was informed they had 4 in stock so I proceeded with the order with rushed 2 day shipping. After not receiving the order after a week, and with 3 days of calling and emailing the business they finally informed me the item was on back order after finally reaching them, I lost the job with the client as well.
