They are super accommodating and always willing to explain the issues your vehicle is having. I am hard of hearing /half deaf. They never act frustrated when I have to ask them to repeat what they say or ask they to rephrase. They are willing to interpret the mechanical issues I feel into the mechanical issues they hear and see. The environment is very welcoming as well. Best shop around! :)

They have fast friendly service. They did mechanical service on my husband's car. They are honest and don't over charge. I had my car detailed there and just got it back today. My car has never looked so good! I love it! Thanks Gales!
Great workers! Were honest about what NEEDED to be done and what could wait based on pricing and safety. Love the text they send out with the analysis they took on the car with a COMPLETE review of EVERYTHING. Super professional definitely will be back for future services. 😁

They are #1 for auto repairs! they make sure it’s done right and communicate very well. I have the pleasure of getting both my vehicles fixed by Shawn at gales and will be returning for any auto repair need I may have in the future.
Gales is definitely the place to go for any auto needs. From the first phone call to me picking up my vehicle, they all were helpful, friendly and always professional. The only warning I have is that you may find yourself forgetting you are at a auto repair shop because they way they treat all their customers, you will think you are dealing with family.
