I had my glass replaced, my windshield in my 2017 spider. had a appointment, at 3PM I got a call, they gave a BS story that they cracked not one but all three Bezels that surround the windshield. Oh and then was told "Oh we'll repaint them to match. HA, I that was a Friday, I picked my car on Monday, windshield installed. The OEM bezels were not cracked, were not replaced, the 3M clear bra that's on them has the same defect one one of them as before. My point, They lie.
