A plain and simple thief. I took a piece of artwork to him for appraisal. My mother gave it to me. She perished. It was a water color. It was in pristine condition. He never fulfilled his mission. Decifering the name of the artist. He , after many times of asking for a bill for his time spent (if any) wouldn't give me a final price. He kept the art. Must be worth something!! My experience with this Gallerie, and the owner was amazing . I learned so much about the art I have, J.P. Mongeon taught me to learn about the painting, it was a pleasure . I'm of modest means, the charges were within my means and with the guidance and information was invaluable to my curious mind. Thank you !
