First off, the maintenance technician is very prompt and quick to fix issues. He is also helpful and will pull out trash cans for residents if they have forgotten. Property itself is fairly noisy. People with dogs seem to have no common courtesy when they are putting them outside early in the morning or late at night. Management still hasn't gotten this completely under control. Great place to live! Safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Sierra Vista Library and Police Station. The management team here is top notch and really care about their residents.
