Our experience was disgusting. We purchased a Blue Ford Escape that was needind alot of work that Galleria could and would not handle. The only excuse they had was.... We are trying to gigure it out. We still have not received a courtesy call from this family owned business after i dropped thi garbage back to them. We only had the junk for 5 months. $2500 down and $300 a month for a beat down 2003 Blue Ford Escape that died out in intersections.
