I have had chronic tonsillitis since fall or winter of 2012. It is now fall of 2018. I don't go to the dr everytime for it, because in the beginning we weren't sure what it was and thought it was something that would just pass. It got so bad that I began to go to the Dr much more often. They couldn't exactly figure out what was causing it, and I have had so much bloodwork done with no answers. This doctor is awful. I have never had a complaint about any of the physicians my kids have seen. Dr. Galeos saw my child on a Monday, and did not recognise her the following week. He was abrupt, rude, and totally disregarded HIPPA laws. Embarrassed my child. I would never go back, and would urge anyone who needs an ENT to find another doctor.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Does this ENT Otolaryngologist use current and safe equipment? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
