Dr. Ford and his staff (Especially Kim!) are amazing! They have given the absolute best care to our two Italian Greyhounds! Kim is always smiling and so friendly and remembers Brady and Minnie by name as we walk through the door. Whenever we have an appointment we tell Brady she is going to go see her 'friends' and she gets so excited as we pull into the parking lot. Dr. Ford is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to go over absolutely everything and explain it in detail. You never feel like you're being rushed throug... read more

Dr. Ford and the entire staff at Galena Veterinary Hospital are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I have been taking Biggie there for about 2 years for everything... routine shots and visits as well as when he has been sick or needed more specialized attention. I highly recommend them!
Doctor Graham ,And staff are awsome They have really taking care of gypsy ,I have been to an awful lot of veterinary's ,I would highly recommend these guys the best I've ever had to deal with thank you ,,They really care for and love the animals ,,
