Called on Friday to verify they would be open this weekend. Was told yes, but only for the hour tours. Showed up on Sunday and locked up tight. Wasted trip and disappointed kids.

Nice short tour guide was very knowledgeable
Horrible experience! Bought tickets 4 hours a head of time and showed back up when we were scheduled and they overbooked the time frame by 11 people. Stop selling tickets when you reach the maximum and taking peoples money when you know you can’t provide service. Need to take a few courses in customer service and reservations!
Excellent tour! Nate did an outstanding job narrating the history of Galena! Would recommend to everyone who visits Galena!
Bought tickets for the ghost trolley tour from a woman who was unfriendly and rude. Showed back up at 6:50 for 7 pm tour. Waited with a bunch of people until around 7:15 pm when the same lady came out and said the driver was sick so no tour and we could get refunds. In the middle of her giving refunds, she got a phone call and asked if people wanted to wait around for an 8 pm tour.
