This hotel in Galena was super clean, friendly staff, delicious fresh breakfast, great location to downtown Galena. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend
We enjoyed our weekend getaway very much. Kids loved the pool and breakfast. Everyone was super nice and helpful
My room was DIRTY. A whole ring of residue was left in the tub. (That's disgusting.) And the lady serving breakfast was RUDE as all heck to this sweet couple who was trying to figure out how to use the Pancake maker... and the chair in my room looked FILTHY. I try to put mainly positive things but this was just not great aside from the sweet lady that checked us in on the 23rd.
