Lisa is the worst primary ever. I have seen her many years. She was great at first but gradually over time she has gotten worse. I went to her about my blood pressure being high. The nurse took my blood pressure and said it was high. Then Lisa came in later. During the visit with her, she took my blood pressure and as she was doing the blood pressure check, she just stopped and just smiled and said forget it. Lisa and her staff have been the best medical care that I have had in maryland.
Had major sore throat called to get Rx, no Virtual Office Visit so I drove to Galena. Was given RX for Penicillin and went home. However the Penicillin did not even touch my throat, I can hardly speak and have to position my body just to swallow. Called the Office next morning and told the person who answered the phone, and their reply was to wait 48 hours. Really? My voice is barely there, and I cannot swallow. Great nurse great front office doctor never follows up or is to busy to complete simple tasks like calling in refills correctly
Absolutely love the staff and Lisa is Amazing. She has helped myself and my husband with so many things we weren't grt answers on.
