I honestly can’t recommend living here based on my experience. Management is hardly ever in the office, and getting a response to calls, texts, or emails is a struggle. It always felt like communication was an afterthought, and whenever issues came up, they were handled unprofessionally. It also felt like management cherry-picked who got treated fairly and who didn’t. The rules didn’t seem to apply equally to everyone, which made the whole experience really frustrating. Me my husband and our dog have been living in Galena Estates for almost 2 years and we love everything and everyone. Jessica and Abby are very understanding standing and helpful. Love them. The area is perfect no complaints here at all. Keep up the wonderful job guys
