My babies LOVE Dr. Lucy and all of her staff! She's always very accommodating and helps us out with emergencies. I'd wouldn't take mine anywhere else and always recommend new clients to visit! Thanks!!!
Our first trip here was an emergency visit for my lab... We were terrified and Dr. Otero was amazing and even stayed late just to see us. We immediately switched to her as our primary vet. Since then we have taken in a long term foster who has started having seizures. Dr. Otero continues to be a great resource for information on him and she is so understanding and caring. The front office staff is also very well informed and always remembers us. I won't go anywhere else again!

Thank you for squeezing in Rusty on Saturday. Especially not knowing what was wrong with his mouth. Thank heavens it was only one of the grandchildren plastic squirt tops lodged in his back tooth. If you hadn't seen him it could have came loose and he could have choked. I have always had professional and courteous experience from Dr. O. and staff. I do recommend her quite often.
Have only wonderful things to say about this vet and the whole crew:) Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
