I’ve had the same experience with Dr. Bailey and the RUDE INCOMPETENT office employees. He removed my kidney last year and his office workers sent me for the wrong scans just before the end of the year for my first follow up post surgery. Meaning my deductible would be starting over. I had the ct scan that they sent me for. Dr Kadesky is the most compassionate and caring urologist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has a long practice experience and is a competent doctor who I trust implicitly.
I like and trust Dr Bailey. I came to him from a different N TX Urology Clinic practice in a nearby location due to displeased by doctor practice and inconsistency. The office staff and N TX Urology Clinics practices, however, I find less than satisfactory and will seek alternatives outside N TX Urology Clinic. My test results indicated a small cancer tumor that she failed to read or report to me. Another doctor found it almost a year later and it had grown to a point where a more serious treatment had to be used.
worst experience ever. they put a catheter in send you home cause you great pain and do not care. They do not tell you how to take care of yourself or maintain the catheter. The staff is rude, incompetent, uncaring. The doctor does not explain what is going on, does not even stay in the room or answer questions, said a test is scheduled and no one ever calls. Do not walk run! This is the absolute worst place to have a urologist he and the staff do not care about the patient. If I could give a negative number I would

I highly recommend Dr Bailey. Kidney stones love me and I intend to stay with his practice. My husband has also been treated for a couple of things. We both think very highly of him and his office.
