The doctor is good but having patient’s wait for more than an hour is not okay. My appointment is 1115 am and I have not been seen and it is already 1240pm. . I have a baby waiting at home and that is disrespectful of people’s time! When you came late, the appointment is cancelled but if they don’t see you on time, you have no choice but to wait. I also found out that there is someone booked the same time as me. So inefficient!!
Dr Centeno is amazing. He always listen to my needs and I don’t feel rushed while I’m there. He has great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him!
Dr. Centeno listens to you and examines you thoroughly. Excellent experience.
