The worst car-buying experience you can have is at Galeana. The staff is unprofessional, has no manners, and is even arrogant.I never thought I'd have to wait over an hour to sign the paperwork; it was horrible.
Bad experience both times. Booked out 6-8+ weeks for service and no loaners with a rental rate of 75 a day… ridiculous. Second time - I was told over the phone they could give a written appraisal and immediately invited me in for a same day appt (funny when it’s sales related how quick they’re willing to “help”), but when I arrived, they claimed they would not be giving anything written due to “policy”. I purchased my Jeep Patriot brand new from this dealership years ago and I am still bothered by my experience here. I was told my Jeep would have XM radio and Bluetooth and as I was a college student I was young, impressionable, and didn't think people in a professional position would take advantage of me.
