Went in to buy a car today. Car salesman told me with everything out the door it’s 28.5k for the car. I show up they say 34k for car and switch topics whenever I asked for apr. They said my 60 month payment was around 750 a month for a 34k car!!!! They hid my apr. I found out it was around 30 percent Apr they tried to hide from me. I didn't purchase my vehicle from this dealership and service manager reminded me of this in one of our conversations. I was also not happy about the fact that they charge more service hours than other dealerships in the local area and when working with a warranty company they also remind you that its not there preferred or the one they sell. Negative 5 stars for this whole place!!!!!Horrible experience I have ever had at any dealership. Finance manager Angel Pagan was absolutely a jerk when I asked questions about Juan's work. Basically saying I must have misunderstood what Juan in Finance said. I asked Juan about the radio deal of paying your first payment in 6 months and he said "yes, whatever you want." Yeah that was a lie. Would I ever trust or buy a vehicle with Galeana Chrysler of Fort Myers, xxxx NO! Take your money elsewhere, they absolutely suck!

Evidently the service department needs seat warmers because it takes 3 hours and 10 minutes for an oil change. Also a coworker let me know most other dodge jeep Chrysler dealerships offer a complimentary oil change package for 2 years. This one does not. So I paid an arm and a leg for crap service. Should've read the other reviews before doing business here. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else!

Worst dealership EVER!!! David Scharnweber is very unprofessional and doesn't seem to understand warranty information. When asking him about the warranty specifics, I guess he was trying to be funny, but sounded condescending. He asked if we wanted the specifics they tell you before the sale or after the deal goes through. Guess he's a typical sheisty car salesman. Har a bad vibe from this guy. Took our keys and went to Honda where we had a wonderful experience!

First of all, I LOVE my Jeep Wrangler...however, the sales guy, David Scharnweber is the worst sales person I have ever encountered. There was a slight misshapen defect on the bumper of my Wrangler and instead of just ordering a new bumper, he mocked my wife claiming she must have damaged it. We tried to no avail to get it resolved.
