I'm giving 2 stars because the new owner of Gale Winds has been responsive. 7-8 years ago, Gale Winds put in my ac unit. Brian was awesome, and the system has been super effective in my 1000 sq ft. block home with energy-efficient widows. I could have it as cold as I ever wanted (between 73-76°), no matter the temperatures or conditions outside. For more than 20 years, Gale winds has serviced my home's air and heat units. Their technicians are courteous, skilled, responsive and stand behind their work. I would not have anyone else service my home's air and heat.

Great Company! I called about an issue with my air conditioner. They came out within two hours, clearly explained everything, and took care of everything at a very reasonable cost. I would not think of using anyone else.
