Never ever use this company. Dan Northrop is the worst realtor. We moved out of state for my job. The only offer He presented to us was an FHA Michta loan offer that ended up being voided. He let someone move in after the contract was voided for FHA failed inspection on the out building. He said they would pay rent and electric but we have not seen anything as yet.
