EDITED: Gale Gardens has a new team and things get done faster. The team is exceptional! Jen has always been amazing. The maintance team is the best I've seen this far. So kind and keeps us in the know every step of the way. I'm glad we stayed and got to see the improvements. Earlier this week I might have given them a 2.5 star but I'm beyond frustrated. I had thee pleasure of being toured by Adam B. This was the best tour yet, because he was very knowledgeable about the property, and was on point when I asked questions! Excellent customer service! He wasn’t pushy nor did I feel rushed! I used to live here many years ago. It was nice to see that the property looks much better, the tenants were smiling and giving us the thumbs up!
