Edit 2: We're changing review again because we didn't have to hound you for a month to clean the exterior of the ac unit. I've had two seizures and my daughter throwing up in this mess because it was so hot. Every time we would call they would send maintenance and they would say it's working fine it's just hot out. But when the contacter finally came out after a month of this he said it was packed with cottonwood and that all the units look like that but he can only address the ones called about. I feel bad for other people ... read more
