This by far is the most amazing company I have ever done business with. Their customer service surpasses any other. My husband and I cannot say enough about Gale, Terry and their team. Honesty and Care...those are the words I think of about Gale Force. They installed my entire HVAC home system 17 years ago, and it is still running fine. I am now selling my home and needed a check of the outside system, I was in a time crunch and had to call another company. They came out and told me it would be $1700 to fix my problem... what problem? I knew Terry at Gale Force would give me the straight answer, so I put the young guy with other company on the speaker phone explaining what he found that called for a $1700 ... read more

In 20 years, we have had excellent service from Gale Force. They have replaced our A/C and old furnace, maintained our systems professionally every year. When the time comes to replace any of our systems, Gale Force will be the only company we will call. Thanks Gale, Thanks Terry.

I have used Gale Force Heating in the past and have never been disappointed in their service. This past February my water heater broke the day before we were supposed to leave for our ski vacation and I had a house sitter scheduled. Terry's response time was immediate and I had a new water heater installed in about three hours. Their work was quick, clean and professional and I would definitely use them again.

I paid this guy almost a thousand dollars over a period of 5 months of intermittent furnace problems. Every time he came out it was another few hundred but he assured me the problem was fixed. the last time the furnace quit I called him and he said YOU NEED A NEW FURNACE. I'm not buying it from him! I'm of the opinion he does not know whatg he doing.

We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gale Force Heating & Air. We have had Gale Force provide services for us since about the year 2000. Terry, Gale and all other employees have always shown the utmost respect and professionalism. Their work ethic is above and beyond. They stand behind their work as well as the products. They have really been there for us, even Christmas weekend 2009 when I had my mother sitting in front of the oven to try to keep warm. THANK YOU Gale Force

I am just waiting for a call back on my heating unit. It's currently out of service so hoping they won't have me call Xcel Energy. So confusing on who to call out here for service.but I rated them by accident as I haven't obtained service just yet.

Excellent Service Fast, reliable service. This is the company to call when you need your furnace, air conditioner, or even swamp cooler serviced. They offer one-time service or maintenance agreements. They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the systems and how trhey work.
