You would think a credit union like this would answer phone calls I have numerous people tell me they don't answer calls anymore?? so I tried thats pretty bad.
STRONGLY advise not getting ANY loan at Gale Credit Union unless you want them to mess it up and not care. I ended up getting a loan from them and was told my payments were $110 but could pay more to get it paid off earlier.. every month I called my loan officer and asked cause it seemed VERY low and my balances weren’t matching up to what I was receiving in the mail. Best credit union in town and great girls work there
I banked here for a year and I got shorted money twice in the drive thru and would have to wait for them to count the draw down to get the money back they shorted me and I had fraudulently charges and got no help resolving it once I got back my money. I switched banks after that and my new bank has been amazing I would never go back to Gale credit Union.
