The thing about Jerry is that he KNOWS Lake County and everyone in it. He knows Lake County people and places deep down. That’s why I knew he would sell my three properties, if anyone could. And he did just that. He invested time and money (big professional for sale signs) to be sure they sold. I’ve known Jerry since Leesbug High School. He’s a true Lake County native, like me.
Jerry not only helped me originally purchase the property in Tavares from HUD, he also sold it again for me when it was no longer needed to house my grown children as they ventured out on their own. Jerry is an extremely easy person to work with and is a very knowledgeable Realtor.
