By reading the remarks, Leon doesn’t seem to know what he is doing. He came out, looked at everything, punched the info in and gave us the estimate. He said one day to pack and they would be here on the 18th to load. Today it’s 2 days to pack and they can’t be here until the 29th. We are looking at other options now. Careful if Leon is sent by the company to work with you. He seems to miss. A lot.
I had high hopes for this company but that went away. First, Leon the person that comes to estimate the move said that the company could move my big safe and they where going to pack most of my stuff. Well...one week before the move he calls me and SAYS WE CAN'T MOVE THE SAFE" . Now we did this estimate in February and the move date was June. So I have to have Old Dominon truck ship the safe for $2k. And the moving guys didn't know about the pack job. The truck driver Eric was great along with the pack guys which he hired. H... read more
