I was going through my renting process and was treated extremely badly because I am a younger individual being compared to a “drug dealer” because of my bank statements I would not recommended even attempting to rent here if you have your own business. If I could give the management 0 stars I would!! I have never been talked to or treated so badly.
What’s the point of telling us to move our cars for snow removal when it doesn’t even get done! So many cars get stuck in the parking lot and can’t even get out. Paying for parking should include the basic upkeep of the lot.
Extremely Poor management. There are heaps of snow in the parkade and it’s a huge fall risk.
Nothing but good things to say about Paula. She has been very helpful, able to accommodate me on all my needs. She is very organized and helps makes this building a good one to live in!
I’ve lived in this building for almost two and a half years and have always paid my rent on time. When the building was owned by Boardwalk, the management was very good and they handled problems quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, since the ownership and management changed, my experience has gone downhill. On Monday, December 15, all of my clothes were stolen from the laundry room.
