The theatre was really nice, I saw a movie with my father on 8/3/25. What wasn't nice, was the rude gentleman who brought our pizzas out to our seats and proceeded to throw them down on the table and not say a word. Lovely theatre, rude employees who obviously hate their job. Very unprofessional, and tantrum like behavior.
This was the best movie theater hands down I have been to. Easy ticket purchase options, great food options, unlimited free refills on popcorn and drinks, and a full bar!! Watched The Bad Guys 2 in 3d and it was a great viewing experience with the comfortable chairs that allows you to kick your feet up!! The overall area has so much to do you could spend the whole day there.
Such a shame that a lovely new cinema is so awful because of their customer service.The kids in ‘charge’ there are not equipped to deal with any sort of situation. Employ adults who can make the experience better please.
