I don't like the way they serve the hot food you ordered. They scan your ticket so they can deliver to your chair inside the theater. Good concept except if you have a big group and you're not so seated together. Our server had a hard time seeing what food went to who and was a little annoyed when we told her that part of the group was sitting in another area. Also they dropped one of the burgers as they were delivering it and one of us had to go back out and ask for it as they never came back to redeliver the food. They als... read more

Great theater, comfy recliner seats with tray and cup holder for your drink and snacks. Staff was very friendly, one of the concession staff must have been training a new hire, and they both did a great job with my popcorn and drink.

Galaxy Grandscape Theater is top tier* Comfy recliners + huge screen + fresh popcorn. Overall, worth the ticket price if you want comfort + great sound. Definitely my go-to theater in Grandscape now
