Recently I had some extra toner, and I requested a quote from Galaxy Surplus, among other cartridge buying companies. I must say, that it was really a pleasure to deal with Susan, she was patient and knowledgeable. Although I didn't have the cartridges in condition and quantity that would justify the sale and shipping, I was thankful for time and effort that Susan spent on my quote. The team are very professionals with a lot of experience dealing with customers regarding the unused toners and cartridges.
