I have been a client since 2018! Definitely my favourite nail salon. Always have a good experience.
Lovely family business, staff are very nice but got a fungal infection from their pedicure. Lost a customer after that, very disappointing as I like to support small business. Unfortunately based on their responses, I do not believe any accountability will be shown. Just a heads up for other people. Please improve your sterilisation practices and stop using the same toe separators for more than one client.

⭐ Very bad experience I did acrylic nails today and it was a very bad experience. I already showed a sample picture of the nail design, and she said she could do it. I asked for pink cat-eye colour with almond shape, but she did round shape and the nails are very messy and uneven. She did not listen to what I wanted at all. When I told her I was not happy, she spoke very rudely to me. I paid $90 and this was a waste of money. The quality is very poor and very unprofessional. It feels like a scam. Amazing Service!! Staff are very kind and welcoming. So much attention to detail, they really care about client comfort and the outcome of the nails. Emily was incredibly gentle with my nails and really focused on ensuring my nails were perfect.
