Galaxy Security is a great company to deal with. I’ve been a customer for approximately 10 years. Andrew is one of the best employees the company has. I have two security system in different locations. I’ve never had a problem with the equipment in that time. Andrew has helped me with all the steps from purchasing through shipping and setup. They also have an excellent tech support when I make changes or expanding system equipment. Thank you Andrew for your excellent service by going above and beyond to help your customers.

Can't ask for better support than what I've been getting from here on multiple occasions. Chris has been absolutely amazing in helping me order the correct parts I needed when our over 10 old NVR decided it's had enough. I've set it up best I could but I missed one minor detail. Only took 15 minutes from the time I've emailed them till Beck from the support team called. With in 5 minutes figured out what the issue was and all is working as it should.
