RecommendedCustomer service is like nothing that exists anymore. No issues taking any amount of time to answer every question I had and explain in detail pros and cons of my ideas. so the company i work for purchased 3 fire pits from this company, from the start i was told that for delivery & install of the fire pits we would need to pay $1800 and i would need to provide 4 labors to unload and place the fire pits (if i provide the labor what was i charged for) once the fire pits where placed in the location they left and i was to finish the install myself, I.E. connect the gas line and connect to the electrical that we had run. once all of this had been done we go to start the fire pit and it will only... read more
While the selection appears great, the customer service is poor. Two weeks into my order and Galaxy cannot tell me where or when my order will be in. I've had to call 4 times in a 5 day period and I was promised a call back each time. Still haven't received a call back.

Bruce was very attentive to making sure that we had what we needed for our order. Products look very nice and high quality. Appreciate all of the help and guidance
Problems were numerous: 1. Asked & received more money after agreeing on a price. 2. Shipping equipment for natural gas service, when butane / LPG was ordered 3. Asked & received more money to ship the correct LPG equipment 4. Not returning numerous calls to answer technical questions. I will never purchase anything from Galaxy again & wish I never did business with them.
Galaxy is the best!! I love my new outdoor kitchen. Especially the Kamado and the Evo. We are now able to host large parties and cook for everyone. It's more than just a kitchen. The whole experience is what makes it worth the money. It has turned out much better than we expected and could have asked for better products. Bruce was amazing. He was honest and always had our best interests in mind. He was instrumental in the whole design process and made it much easier to make decisions. Thanks Galaxy!
We went to your show room spoke to a salesman, selected some items, made an appointment, received a call to reschedule, changed schedule, never got a reply, got tired of waiting. You lost a big customer sale.....very disappointing.
