I had my nails done today and they’re already chipping in the paint coming off. Customer service was good but as far as nails, I won’t be going back.
Nancy is the best!!! Been going to her since I moved back here a few years ago. Quick, does the best work and always down to try something new and cute. The other techs are all amazing and super nice too. Pedicures are super relaxing!
I’ve been going to Hanna for almost a year and a half and we have fun with artwork and just my appointments. Today was again a great visit. My appointment was at 10 she was running about 40 minutes late which was fine, she’s worth the wait. I got very upset towards the end when her manager or some guy there told her to “hurry up!” I’ve NEVER in my 40 years of getting my nails done be so rude and disrespectful to me or my technician. In my opinion They play pranks!! They enjoy doing little tricks and gossiping while filing your nails so thin they break and crack They intentionally try to degrade nail. in my opinion not ok!!!!!! your little games lost you a loyal customer
