I get my nails done and toes done all the time and I love them every time! Services are amazing and the people who work and own the place are amazing and kind !
I’ve been going to galaxy for about 2 years now, so it really upset me that i had such a bad experience. I went in after work around 5:30, they did not get to me for an hour and a half. understandably it was busy, but two other people came in after me with no appointments and got seated first. Then i got acrylics on my toes, (no pedicures just the acrylic) the guy who did them left them thick underneath and was very sloppy. that same guy ended up doing my nails. it was around 7 that he started when they close at 7:30. I've been coming here for years and my last visit was disappointing. Me and my niece got 2 pedicures the same one and 2 full sets. I was charged $50 for my pedicure and $75 for hers which makes no sense, my full set some mails were thicker and the nails weren't painted all the way to the sides, my nieces rhinestones came off as soon as we left.
